Thanks, it's making me not be so quick to throw "mistakes" out.The top one, the purple one, has "Kim's Ear" written on the back. Kim was a friend of mine back in junior high.
I love it when mistakes turn out to be gorgeous color fields... like a Mark Rothko painting. Lovely.
I never thought of that but they do remind me of Mark Rothko.

I like that interpretation, not mistakes, just bits of life.
The best advice I ever got about photography was "Tell 'em you did it on purpose". And if you can't come up with a convincing explanation for why you did it on purpose, tell 'em you just had a hunch it would work.Which it did in this case!-Mojo
